Shipping

SpyPro ships products within Australia from our Melbourne facility using the Australia Post postal service .

Orders received before 3:00pm (Melbourne time) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 3:00pm and during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. All dispatched parcels will have a tracking number to allow for tracking if required.

We do not deliver outside of Australia (unless organised), nor do we deliver to PO Boxes, however we can ship to your local post office where photo ID will be required to pick up. 

We always do our best to ship your purchase to you as soon as possible, but cannot be held responsible for late arrival of orders due to shipping delays. If you have purchased an item that is not in stock or will be delayed further than our expected delivery time for any particular reason, we will notify you promptly.

All parcels will be delivered to the shipping address provided in the PayPal checkout process and will require a signature upon receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours as due to safety issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the next course of action.

Pick Up

Product pick up is also available from our Melbourne showroom located in Oakleigh South to avoid shipping costs.

Discreet Shipping

Our products are shipped in plain courier satchels or boxed in plain packaging with no mention of our company name to ensure discreet delivery.
